Data Protection: Community Organisers take responsibility for collecting and using personal data very seriously.
Your personal data will be held by Community Organisers for a period of 2 months after leaving the Community Practitioners Network, to allow us to contact you for feedback. After this, if you do not recommit to the Community Practitioners Network, all your personal data will be destroyed.
Community Organisers do not sell, rent, share, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes unless you have granted us permission to do so.
Community Organisers may disclose your personal data to third parties when we believe, in good faith and in our sole discretion, that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to (a) comply with legal or regulatory requirements or an enforceable governmental request, (b) protect the rights, property or safety of us, our users, or other third parties.
Community Organisers do use third party systems (such as MailChimp) to send out our newsletters and your email address will be held within these systems.

Our full GDPR policy is available on request and we draw your attention to the right to withdraw consent to processing your data at any time, however if consent is withdrawn, you will no longer be a signed-up member of the Community Practitioners Network.
