Formerly the community organiser at English for Action, an ESOL charity in London, where I taught migrants and refugees English and supported them to take action on common concerns.
I have supported students to take collective action to improve poor housing conditions, low wages, and funding cuts to adult education.
My practice is influenced by popular education approaches and participatory pedagogy.
