Nicola is the Founder of a highly recognised social enterprise in Stockport, Greater Manchester. Her work with Starting Point has led to the social and economic regeneration of some of the most low-income neighbourhoods in the town.
Her experience includes working with a wide range of public, private and third sector organisations including John Lewis Partnership, Stockport Homes, Greater Manchester Combined Authority and Centrum Doradztwa Strategicznego in Poland, helping them design systems and processes that promote collaboration.
Nicola is also an experienced facilitator and Quality Assured Trainer.
